Overview

T-Boost is a proprietary cell therapy platform developed by Sakura Bio designed to enhance the therapeutic potential of immune cells, including T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. The technology focuses on reprogramming these cells to improve their potency, persistence, and resilience within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). T-Boost is engineered to be compatible with various cell therapy modalities such as CAR-T, TCR-T, CAR-NK, and Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs). By optimizing the metabolic and functional state of the cells, the platform aims to overcome common limitations in treating both solid and hematologic malignancies.
