Overview

T-PSCA-CAR-T is an innovative chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to treat bladder cancer and other solid tumors expressing Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA). Developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech, this therapy incorporates a mutated TIGIT co-receptor with high affinity for CD155, a ligand often expressed on tumor cells that typically induces immune inhibition. By integrating the mutated TIGIT with CD28 signaling components, the construct converts inhibitory signals into stimulatory ones, enhancing T-cell activation and cytokine production (such as IFN-γ). In preclinical models, T-PSCA-CAR-T demonstrated superior anti-tumor efficacy and higher cytokine secretion compared to traditional second-generation PSCA-targeted CAR-T cells.
