t-RSV Lycosome

t-RSV Lycosome is a **Lycosome microencapsulated oral formulation of trans-resveratrol** developed by **Lycotec** for **diabetic foot ulcer** in patients with type 2 diabetes. The product is a **small molecule** polyphenolic formulation designed to improve the gastrointestinal stability and systemic bioavailability of trans-resveratrol through Lycotec's lycosome delivery technology. Its proposed pharmacology is centered on **Sirtuin 1 activation** and downstream metabolic, microcirculatory, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-repair effects, with reported reductions in fibrinogen and improvements in ulcer healing parameters.
