Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**T-SN38 C** is an experimental HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate composed of trastuzumab covalently linked to the topoisomerase I inhibitor SN-38. It was designed with a water-soluble polyethylene glycol and carbonate linker system to improve SN-38 solubility while enabling intracellular payload release. In preclinical SKOV-3 HER2-positive ovarian cancer models, T-SN38 C had a drug-to-antibody ratio of approximately 3.4 and showed nanomolar cytotoxicity, with an IC50 of 5.1 ± 0.4 nM after 72 hours. It has not been assigned an INN or reported as a marketed product.
