Drug intelligence / Profile preview
T-Trap is a bispecific antibody targeting CD4 and Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β), developed by Majory. It is designed to modulate the tumor microenvironment, specifically within the bone marrow, to facilitate the expansion of malignant cells for research and potentially therapeutic purposes. In preclinical models of drug-resistant hematological malignancies, including acute leukemia and multiple myeloma, T-Trap has been shown to increase local collagen levels in the bone marrow, which, when combined with magnetic homing technologies (MagIC-PDX), significantly improves the efficiency of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) modeling and organoid construction.
