Drug intelligence / Profile preview
T101 is a therapeutic vaccine candidate developed by Tianjin Tasly Chuangshijie Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). It utilizes a replication-deficient adenovirus vector (typically Ad5) engineered to express hepatitis B virus (HBV) antigens. The primary goal of T101 is to break immune tolerance in CHB patients and stimulate a potent, virus-specific T-cell response to help achieve functional cure. It is often evaluated in clinical trials in combination with standard-of-care nucleos(t)ide analogues (NAs) to enhance the host's immune control over the virus.
