Overview

T1675 is an orally administered dietary formulation of omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated essential fatty acids developed by Théa for moderate dry eye syndrome in patients already using tear substitutes. It was evaluated against placebo during six months of supplementation in a registered clinical study; the publicly available trial description does not identify the individual fatty acids, their doses, or a specific molecular target.
