T20K is a synthetic peptide drug candidate in development for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), a chronic autoimmune disease affecting the central nervous system. It is being developed as a first-in-class therapy with prophylactic properties, aiming to mitigate or prevent MS episodes and potentially delay or halt disease progression.
