T320

T320 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting tissue factor (TF), a transmembrane receptor that is aberrantly expressed on the surface of various malignant solid tumors. Developed by Nanolattix Biotechnology, T320 is designed to bind specifically to TF-expressing cancer cells, leading to internalization of the complex and subsequent release of a cytotoxic payload to induce cell death. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors, including cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. T320 has received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) from the FDA for the treatment of pancreatic cancer and holds patents in China, the United States, and Australia.
