Drug intelligence / Profile preview
T7-010-02 is an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody being developed by T7 Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, with an initial focus on psoriatic arthritis. The therapeutic targets T-cell immune response cDNA 7 (TIRC7), a key immune checkpoint membrane protein co-localized with the T-cell receptor that plays a critical role in T-cell activation and immune regulation. By targeting TIRC7, T7-010-02 aims to modulate T-cell activation, suppress T-cell proliferation, and decrease the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2a clinical trial in the United Kingdom.
