Overview

**TA-100** is a protein-based decoy receptor drug targeting **FGFR3** (fibroblast growth factor receptor 3), initially developed by **Atos SE**. It functions by sequestering FGFR3 ligands to inhibit pathological FGFR3 signaling, which is implicated in certain congenital skeletal disorders such as achondroplasia. Currently in **preclinical** development, it addresses needs in **congenital disorders**, **endocrinology and metabolic diseases**, and **skin and musculoskeletal diseases**.
