Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TAA6 is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by PersonGen BioTherapeutics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. It is designed to treat patients with relapsed/refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) that expresses the CD276 antigen. The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T cells to express a chimeric antigen receptor that specifically targets CD276, enabling these modified T cells to recognize and eliminate CD276-positive cancer cells.
