Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TAC-003** is a preclinical, tumor-targeted Toll-like receptor 9 agonist antibody conjugate developed by Tallac Therapeutics for Nectin-4-expressing solid tumors. It consists of a novel anti-Nectin-4 antibody conjugated to T-CpG, a CpG oligodeoxynucleotide TLR9 agonist. The antibody component is intended to concentrate the conjugate in Nectin-4-positive tumors, while T-CpG activates TLR9 within the tumor immune microenvironment to promote innate and adaptive antitumor immune responses, including immune-cell activation, inflammatory cytokine induction, phagocytosis, and durable antitumor activity in preclinical models.
