Overview

TAC-CLL02 is an off-the-shelf, peptide-based T-cell activator developed by ViferaXS for the treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). It is specifically designed for patients in the 'watch and wait' stage of the disease, aiming to stimulate the immune system to recognize and eliminate leukemic cells before they progress to a symptomatic stage requiring intensive chemotherapy. The therapy utilizes a proprietary cocktail of peptides (T-cell Activating Cocktail or TAC) to activate tumor-specific T cells, providing a targeted immunotherapy approach that avoids the toxicities associated with traditional treatments. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
