Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TADIOS (HX110) is a proprietary botanical formulation developed by Helixmith Co., Ltd. for the treatment of respiratory conditions, specifically COVID-19. It is composed of a 1:1:1 mixture of extracts from three plants: *Taraxacum officinale* (dandelion), *Dioscorea batatas* (Chinese yam), and *Schizonepeta tenuifolia* (Japanese catnip). TADIOS functions through anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative mechanisms by modulating the Nrf2-HO-1 signaling pathway. This modulation leads to the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, and the reduction of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Evaluated as an oral adjuvant therapy in clinical trials for mild to moderate COVID-19, TADIOS has demonstrated safety and potential efficacy in improving fatigue symptoms and modulating inflammatory biomarkers such as IL-1RA.
