tafasitamab + venetoclax

Tafasitamab + venetoclax is an investigational combination therapy for B-cell malignancies, notably chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Tafasitamab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD19, mediating B-cell lysis by apoptosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP)[2][4]. Venetoclax is a selective small molecule inhibitor of B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2), promoting apoptosis in malignant cells by displacing pro-apoptotic proteins from BCL-2[6][8].
