TAK-676 + carboplatin + paclitaxel is a combination investigational regimen composed of three agents: **TAK-676**, a novel systemic small-molecule stimulator of interferon genes (**STING**) pathway agonist, along with chemotherapeutic agents **carboplatin** and **paclitaxel**.
