TAL61 is a novel covalent small molecule inhibitor developed by Talus Bio, targeting the transcription factor Brachyury. It is being investigated as an antineoplastic agent for the treatment of chordoma—a rare bone cancer—and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
