Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TALA-711 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody being developed by Talawar Therapeutics for the treatment of immunologic diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target Interleukin-13 (IL-13) and a second, undisclosed target. By inhibiting IL-13, a key cytokine involved in Type 2 inflammation, alongside another pathway, TALA-711 aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions where IL-13 plays a central role in pathogenesis, such as asthma or atopic dermatitis.
