Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Imdelltra + YL201 is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The combination consists of Imdelltra (tarlatamab), a first-in-class bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and CD3, and YL201 (tambotatug pelitecan), an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-homologue 3 (B7-H3, CD276) conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a tumor microenvironment-activable linker (TMALIN). By combining tarlatamab's ability to redirect T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against DLL3-expressing tumor cells with YL201's targeted delivery of a cytotoxic payload to B7-H3-expressing cells and its subsequent bystander effect, the regimen aims to provide synergistic antitumor activity. The combination is being evaluated in a Phase Ib clinical trial (DeLLphi-310) led by Amgen in collaboration with MediLink Therapeutics.
