Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TAN-1805 is a small molecule aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) modulator developed by Zedman Biopharma for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Administered as an intranasal spray, the drug targets the AhR, a ligand-activated transcription factor involved in immune regulation and the maintenance of mucosal barrier integrity. By modulating AhR activity, TAN-1805 is intended to alleviate the inflammatory symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis. The program is currently in the Investigational New Drug (IND) stage of development.
