Overview

Tarextumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets Notch2 receptor and Notch3 receptor. It acts as an antagonist of these receptors, inhibiting the Notch signaling pathway, which plays a key role in cell differentiation, proliferation, and survival. Tarextumab was developed primarily for the treatment of solid tumors such as pancreatic cancer and small cell lung cancer.
