Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TARG10 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (biologic) developed by Targinta AB, a subsidiary of Xintela AB. It specifically targets the cell surface receptor integrin α10β1, a tumor-associated antigen that is overexpressed in aggressive malignancies such as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and glioblastoma, while maintaining low expression in normal tissues. By binding to and blocking the function of integrin α10β1, TARG10 inhibits the ability of cancer cells to grow, proliferate, migrate, and metastasize. The drug is currently in preclinical development, with manufacturing and cell line development supported by Abzena.
