Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Target W TPD is an early-stage small-molecule targeted protein degrader (TPD) being developed by Txinno Bioscience. It is designed to selectively degrade an undisclosed protein, referred to as 'Target W,' which represents an intrinsic vulnerability in cancer cells. Unlike traditional inhibitors that block protein function, this TPD modality recruits the cellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to physically eliminate the target protein. The program is currently in the hit-to-lead phase of discovery and is part of Txinno's 'Targeted Therapy' pipeline focusing on intrinsic cancer vulnerabilities.
