TAS3351

TAS3351 is an orally active, fourth-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is specifically designed to overcome resistance mutations in EGFR, including C797S and T790M, which are commonly found in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have developed resistance to earlier generations of EGFR inhibitors.
