Overview
**Tasisulam + cisplatin** is an investigational combination therapy explored for treatment of advanced solid tumors. **Tasisulam** is a novel small molecule with complex pharmacology that induces apoptosis through the intrinsic pathway and exhibits antiangiogenic activity. It is highly albumin-bound and was primarily developed as an anticancer agent. **Cisplatin** is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that crosslinks DNA, interfering with DNA repair and inducing apoptosis.
