Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TATX-03a** is a preclinical, fixed-combination PolyTope antibody therapy developed by ImmunoPrecise Antibodies for prevention and treatment of COVID-19. It combines four fully human anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike monoclonal antibodies—2-A6, 22-D9, 22-E7, and 23-H7—that recognize distinct, non-overlapping spike epitopes. Although the individual component antibodies were non-neutralizing in the reported selection strategy, their combination produced synergistic virus neutralization and reduced viral burden and respiratory-tract inflammation in SARS-CoV-2-challenged Syrian hamsters in both prophylactic and therapeutic settings.
