Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TATX-03b** is a preclinical four-monoclonal-antibody cocktail developed by ImmunoPrecise Antibodies through its subsidiary Talem Therapeutics for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. The cocktail comprises antibodies 2-A6, 21-F2, 22-F7, and 23-H7, which bind distinct non-overlapping epitopes on the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein to neutralize viral infection and reduce the likelihood of viral escape. TATX-03b showed prophylactic and therapeutic activity in Syrian hamster SARS-CoV-2 challenge studies and was reported to retain neutralizing activity against multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants, including Delta and Omicron sublineages.
