TATX-22

TATX-22 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody T-cell engager (BiTE) being developed by ImmunoPrecise Antibodies (IPA) for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen on AML cells and the CD3 receptor on T-cells, thereby recruiting and activating T-cells to directly lyse the leukemia cells. As of early 2024, the program remains in preclinical development, with the specific AML-associated target antigen not yet publicly disclosed. The program aims to provide a best-in-class therapeutic option for AML patients by leveraging IPA's antibody discovery platforms.
