Overview

Tau2 is an investigational product being evaluated in the Alzheimer's Tau Platform (ATP) master protocol (NCT06957418). It is a tau-directed therapy aimed at reducing brain tau deposition and slowing disease progression in adults aged 50-80 with late preclinical or early prodromal Alzheimer's disease. The trial assesses Tau2 alone or in combination with an anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody.
