Overview
Taumea is an over-the-counter homeopathic medicine developed and marketed by PharmaSGP for the treatment of dizziness (vertigo) and its associated symptoms, such as nausea, headache, drowsiness, and anxiety. It is formulated as a dual-complex containing homeopathically diluted active ingredients derived from two medicinal plants: *Anamirta cocculus* (dilution D4) and *Gelsemium sempervirens* (dilution D5). Within homeopathic practice, *Anamirta cocculus* is traditionally used to alleviate vertigo and motion sickness, while *Gelsemium sempervirens* is used to calm the nervous system and relieve associated headaches and anxiety.
