Tavo-301

Tavo-301 is a preclinical multi-specific antibody-based immuno-oncology candidate developed by Tavotek Biotherapeutics as part of the Tavo-301/303 series, designed to target tumors via multiple epitopes or pathways to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.[9][11][17] It is being explored in combination with Yisheng Biopharma’s YS-ON-001/002 immunotherapeutic agents for cancer treatment, with development aimed at improving efficacy in solid tumors through synergistic immune modulation.[9][11][17] Publicly available information indicates that global R&D status for Tavo-301/303 has been discontinued, and detailed target biology, specific epitope binding, and clinical trial data have not been disclosed.[7]
