Tavo101

TAVO101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). It is engineered with modifications in the crystallizable fragment (Fc) region to extend half-life and attenuate effector functions. TAVO101 acts by binding to and neutralizing TSLP, thereby blocking its interaction with cell surface receptor complexes (TSLPR and IL-7Rα), which prevents downstream activation of JAK2/STAT5 signaling pathways involved in allergic inflammation. The drug has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models of atopic dermatitis and is under clinical development for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other allergic inflammatory conditions. Clinical studies have shown it to be safe, well tolerated, with a linear pharmacokinetic profile and long elimination half-life[1][2][5][6].
