Overview

TAVO412 is a trispecific antibody engineered to simultaneously target three key pathways involved in tumor growth and resistance—hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). By inhibiting these targets, TAVO412 exerts anti-angiogenic and antineoplastic effects, aiming to shut down tumor-promoting signaling pathways, overcome drug resistance mediated by crosstalk among these receptors, and inhibit angiogenesis. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that TAVO412 has superior efficacy and safety compared to existing therapies in various solid tumor models, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, and small cell lung cancer. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on standard therapies[1][2][3][4][5][6][7].
