TAVT-135 is an inhaled peptide-small molecule conjugate being developed by Tavanta Therapeutics as a pan-genotypic treatment for cystic fibrosis. It functions as an artificial chloride ion transporter, a unique mechanism designed to restore chloride ion balance across cell membranes in the airways.
