TAVT-45

TAVT-45 is an enhanced, novel oral granule formulation of abiraterone acetate developed for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer, including both metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and high-risk metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC). Unlike standard abiraterone acetate tablets (such as Zytiga), TAVT-45 is designed to be reconstituted in water or juice and consumed as an oral suspension, providing a more accessible option for patients with dysphagia or difficulty swallowing large tablets. Clinical studies have demonstrated that TAVT-45 achieves therapeutic equivalence to tablet formulations in terms of testosterone suppression and reduction in prostate-specific antigen levels, with a comparable safety profile.
