Overview

TB-003 is an investigational, universal off-the-shelf chimeric antigen receptor-engineered natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed (昕传生物). It is designed to target various solid tumors, specifically those of the thoracic, digestive tract, urinary system, and reproductive system. As a universal cell therapy, TB-003 is derived from healthy donor cells rather than the patient's own cells, allowing for large-scale manufacturing and immediate clinical use. The therapy is currently in the preclinical stage of development, leveraging ThinkingBiomed's proprietary CAR development and organoid screening platforms.
