Overview

TB-005 is an experimental, universal "off-the-shelf" immune cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes a proprietary "CAR-INK" platform, which is a specialized variant of Chimeric Antigen Receptor Natural Killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy. The therapy is designed to enhance the innate tumor-killing capabilities of NK cells through the expression of a chimeric antigen receptor, allowing for targeted recognition and destruction of solid tumor cells. As of early 2024, TB-005 is in the early research and development or preclinical validation phase, with specific molecular targets not yet publicly disclosed.
