Overview
TB-006 is an investigational, universal off-the-shelf chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes a proprietary "INK" cell platform, referred to as CAR-INK, which is a specialized variant of natural killer (NK) cell therapy. The development of TB-006 involves ThinkingBiomed's organoid high-throughput drug screening platform to validate efficacy against various solid tumor types, which may include thoracic, digestive, urinary, and reproductive system cancers. As of early 2024, the program is in the early research and preclinical validation stage, and its specific molecular targets have not been publicly disclosed.
