Overview

TB-007 is an investigational, universal off-the-shelf cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed (昕传生物) for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes the company's proprietary CAR-INK platform, which involves engineering a variant of Natural Killer (NK) cells—referred to as "INK" cells—with a Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) to enhance tumor-specific targeting and cytotoxicity. As a universal, off-the-shelf product, TB-007 is designed to be produced at scale and administered to patients without the need for individualized manufacturing. The program is currently in the early research and preclinical validation stage, targeting a broad range of solid tumors.
