Overview

TB-100 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived Natural Killer (NK) cell product developed by Therabest. It is being clinically developed as part of a combination therapy for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The therapy aims to overcome limitations of NK cell therapy in solid tumors, such as low persistency and homing, by enhancing the activity, specificity, and persistence of TB-100 at the tumor site.
