Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TB-Bs1 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Traverse Biotech in collaboration with Genmab. It utilizes Genmab's DuoBody platform to function as a T-cell engager, simultaneously targeting CD3 on T cells and Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 2 (ROR2) on tumor cells. By bridging these two cell types, TB-Bs1 facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T cells to specifically eliminate ROR2-positive solid tumor cells. The program is currently in the early stages of development for the treatment of various ROR2-expressing solid malignancies.
