Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TB-M002 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor targeting the c-Myc (MYC) transcription factor. Developed by Therabene, the compound is designed to disrupt the activity of c-Myc, a master regulator of cell growth, metabolism, and apoptosis that is frequently overexpressed or dysregulated in a wide variety of human cancers. By inhibiting the transcriptional activity or protein-protein interactions of c-Myc, TB-M002 aims to suppress tumor cell proliferation and survival. The program is currently in early preclinical development for the treatment of oncology indications.
