Overview

TB151 is a Nectin-4-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by TwinPigBio for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes the company's proprietary ESCLink™ platform to attach a cytotoxic payload to an antibody specific for Nectin-4, a cell surface protein highly expressed in several cancers such as urothelial, breast, and lung cancer. Upon binding to the target on the tumor cell surface, the ADC is internalized, and the payload is released to induce cell death. While the specific identity of the payload has not been publicly disclosed, the drug is part of a pipeline that frequently utilizes the TAMpep™ - ESCLink™ platform. As of the latest reports, TB151 has completed the lead optimization stage of preclinical development.
