Overview

TB154 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by TwinPigBio, targeting HER2-expressing malignancies. It features a HER2-specific antibody conjugated to a dKLA proapoptotic peptide payload via the proprietary ESCLink™ technology. The dKLA peptide is designed to trigger apoptosis within the target cell, providing a mechanism of action distinct from traditional microtubule-disrupting or DNA-damaging ADC payloads. As of the latest pipeline update, TB154 has completed lead optimization and final candidate selection.
