Overview

TB581 is a multi-target peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) developed by TwinPigBio using their proprietary TAMpep™ - ESCLink™ platform. It is designed to simultaneously target tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) via active CD18 and Nectin-4-expressing tumor cells. The drug utilizes a TAMpep peptide to deliver a dKLA (proapoptotic peptide) payload directly to the tumor microenvironment. By targeting both the immunosuppressive TAMs and the cancer cells themselves, TB581 aims to overcome tumor resistance and enhance therapeutic efficacy. It is currently in the preclinical stage, having completed lead optimization.
