Overview

TBA402 is an investigational exosome-based therapy being developed by FibroGenesis (a subsidiary of SpinalCyte) for the treatment of vascular diseases. The product consists of exosomes derived from human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs), which are engineered or selected to promote angiogenesis and facilitate vascular repair. As part of the FibroGenesis HDF platform, TBA402 aims to harness the paracrine signaling potential of fibroblast-secreted vesicles to restore blood flow and tissue perfusion. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
