Overview

TBC-M4 is a recombinant modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) vaccine candidate for HIV prevention. It contains HIV-1 subtype C genes including env, gag, reverse transcriptase (RT), rev, tat, and nef. The vaccine functions as an immunostimulant designed to induce both cellular and humoral immune responses against HIV-1.
