TBCTE101 is an investigational allogeneic cell therapy composed of human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs), currently in preclinical development by FibroGenesis for the treatment of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). As part of FibroGenesis's proprietary universal donor fibroblast platform, TBCTE101 is designed to provide neural support and promote tissue regeneration within the central nervous system. The therapy aims to leverage the regenerative and trophic properties of fibroblasts to mitigate the neurodegenerative processes associated with repetitive brain trauma in patients with CTE.
