Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TBR571R is a preclinical theranostic peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) developed by TwinPigBio, designed to target Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP) on Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs). Built on the company's proprietary TAMpep™ - ESCLink™ platform, it incorporates a Lutetium-177 (177Lu) radioisotope payload. This theranostic approach allows for both high-resolution imaging of the tumor stroma and targeted delivery of ionizing radiation to treat various cancers by disrupting the tumor-supportive microenvironment.
